Welcome to Wisdomly! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Wisdomly mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Wisdomly provides daily inspirational quotes, bookmarking features, personal reflection notes, and premium features including custom collections and OCR-based quote scanning.

2. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a Premium subscription:

• Price: $19.99 USD per year
• Trial: 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Billing: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled 24 hours before the current period ends
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Cancellation: Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any quotes, reflections, and collections you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to store this content locally on your device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

5. Intellectual Property

The bundled quotes are sourced from public domain or properly licensed content. The App design, code, and branding are owned by Wisdomly.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of any quote attributions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
